Jeff Riggs, owner of Professional Home Inspection Services, recently performed an inspection on a home that I am purchasing. Mr. Riggs did an excellent job reviewing the property and explaining his findings. Fortunately, the house he inspected was in great condition, with very few concerns. Jeff identified all the working systems of the house, and gave us valuable maintenance info.
